Eye serum is an important step to go along with skincare. It is something many young adults forget to do because that is not their main goal to fix. Using an eye serum is recommended for those who are in their middle ages, as serums do not clog the pores where your eye bags are. If you are over the age of 40, you would want a heavier duty eye treatment such as any creams. The best way to prevent eye wrinkles and creasing, is to start applying eye serums are a younger age, preferably starting at the age of 21. Applying an eye serum also helps plump the skin, giving a smother base for makeup application. According to MDSUN’s Science of Skincare blog, “The eye area is the very first part of your face to show signs of aging, before your lips and cheeks do. Unfortunately, women can start noticing fine lines and wrinkles as early as their twenties.”

I myself have been using eye serums since I was 18, and I notice that my eyes are more plump compared to my friends. I also recommend to use eye serums or creams because it is also the thinnest layer of skin on your face, so it is very sensitive and easy for it to wrinkle, and make you look a lot older than you really are.
