Concealer

Concealer is something that you use for your under eyes and to cover any blemishes. According to Cosmopolitan concealer should be applied after your liquid foundation. The whole point of a concealer is to try to brighten any areas on your face, such as pinpointing any flatter areas on your face. Many people need concealer to use on their blemishes. For this reason, you would apply concealer first and then mask it with a foundation.
